Refunds: You may request a return and receive a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery.

Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card that never expires and is valid only for redemption at boggbag

Once you initiate a return or exchange request, you will receive a return label and packing slip via email. Please note: Bogg Bag does not cover return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 10 days for processing after we receive your return.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue rather than initiating a return or exchange directly. We may require photos of the damaged items before approving a refund or exchange. Please note that this policy applies only to items damaged upon delivery.
